Trump Terminates Biden's Autopen-Signed Documents

Lorna Morales,
 November 29, 2025

Brace yourselves, patriots—President Donald Trump just dropped a bombshell that could unravel years of questionable governance. On Friday, Nov. 28, 2025, the leader of the free world took decisive action against what he calls an illegal practice from the prior administration. This move is already stirring the political pot.

In a stunning Truth Social post, President Trump declared all documents signed by former President Joe Biden via autopen—roughly 92% of them—null and void, alongside every Executive Order not bearing Biden’s direct signature, as Breitbart reports.

Let’s rewind to March 2025, when the Heritage Foundation first sounded the alarm. Their report revealed that a majority of Biden’s official papers bore an autopen signature, raising serious doubts about authenticity and accountability in the Oval Office.

Early Warnings of Autopen Abuse

Fast forward to May 2025, and President Trump was already spotlighting this issue. He warned that Biden’s reliance on autopen was ballooning into a major scandal, one that undermined the very integrity of presidential authority.

By late October 2025, the House Oversight Committee escalated the matter. They pressed the Justice Department to probe executive actions from Biden’s tenure, alleging some orders were issued without his explicit consent or knowledge.

Reports even suggested Biden’s own aides might have wielded the autopen behind his back. If true, this paints a troubling picture of a presidency potentially hijacked by unelected staffers pushing their own agendas.

Trump Takes Bold Action Now

Now, on Nov. 28, 2025, President Trump has had enough. Via Truth Social, he announced the termination of all autopen-signed documents from Biden’s era, asserting that such a tool requires specific presidential approval to be valid.

He didn’t stop there. Trump also canceled every Executive Order and document lacking Biden’s personal signature, claiming the autopen’s operators acted outside the law during the previous administration.

Consider the gravity of Trump’s stance. He insists Biden wasn’t even involved in the autopen process, a charge that questions whether the former president was truly in command of his own policies.

Damning Statements Fuel the Fire

President Trump’s own words cut to the core of this controversy. Listen to the clarity of his conviction as he addresses the nation on this critical issue.

“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States,” stated President Donald Trump.

Isn’t it ironic that a tool meant to streamline bureaucracy might have eroded democratic trust? If 92% of documents weren’t personally signed, one must wonder who was really calling the shots in that White House.

Symbolic Slights and Oversight Demands

Adding insult to injury, the White House under Biden displayed portraits of past presidents in the West Wing colonnade. Yet, Biden’s own image was merely a photo of an autopen—a fitting, if unintentional, metaphor for his detached leadership.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has been vocal on this issue as well. “We have provided Americans with transparency about the Biden Autopen Presidency, and now there must be accountability,” Comer said.

Comer’s call for accountability hits the mark—how can Americans trust a presidency where signatures might not reflect the president’s will? President Trump’s bold nullification is a step toward restoring that trust, ensuring every action bears the weight of true authority.
